McKINLEY CC Golf Resort Development Project San Pablo Laguna, Philippines
McKinleyTech has recently disclosed its intention to establish a 100-unit Fairway Village, along with a new golf course and club, on a plot of land in San Pablo Laguna, Philippines. The development, known as McKinley Country Club (McKinley CC), is scheduled to commence construction in the fall of 2023, and requires an investment of at least $60 million. The project is expected to create more than 150 job opportunities, including over 120 roles supporting golf courses, as well as jobs in community and education centers.
“Very few people have ever seen the spectacular views from the place in San Pablo Laguna,” said Alex Kim, CEO of McKinleyTech. “It’s an amazingly beautiful place with an incredible panoramic view over the BlueBlade Santisimo Ranch. The land covers an area of 100 hectares, and provides an incredible panoramic view of the greenfield. The golf course will take visitors to all of these natural viewpoints, allowing them to bask in the beauty of the surroundings."
The location is easily accessible, as it is only a 100-minute drive from the city of Manila. Furthermore, the new opening of the SLEX 4 Expressway in late 2023, which leads to the development site in Manila (San Pablo Toll), will provide even easier access. Currently, the site can be reached within 30-40 minutes from Metro Manila suburbs, and southern provincial cities such as Tagaytay, Laguna, Batangas, Calamba, and Quezon Provinces.

The development site is located within 40 minutes of some of the country's most iconic tourist destinations, including Batangas Beach, Laguna Hot Springs, and Lake Tagaytay, which offers an opportunity for the creation of one of the best golf and tourism programs in the country.
The presence of Calamba, the largest industrial park in the Philippines with 671 companies, and many major overseas factories such as Toyota in Laguna and Batangas, creates sufficient demand for corporate members.
The project will be designed by the renowned sports management company Song ho Golf Design, which is the top golf course architect in Korea. Heerim Architects & Planners, the top architectural firm in Korea, as well as Netforce International, the top golf course contractor in the Philippines, and China State Construction Engineering Corp., the top construction company in the world, will also be part of the development network.
